'Zerniq' Luxury Designer-Finished Apartment with Pool

This designer-finished modern apartment is just a five minute walk from the main village square, a very popular venue full of popular restaurants and bars, yet it offers a quality relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

With its the large terrace overlooking the pool area, the apartment is the perfect indulging getaway to the island of Gozo.

The Space

Tastefully furnished, the property is equipped with a state of the art entertainment system including internet TV, satellite and cable TV, Blue Ray Home Cinema System, Nintendo Wii console and games and over 800 in-house movies. Not only is free WIFI available throughout the apartment and pool area, but the apartment has its own desktop computer.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has ceiling or standing fans. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, espresso and Krupps N espresso machine and food processor.

The complex offers a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi and children's pool and a large deck area and garden with native plants. All common parts are spacious and landscaped.

Included in the rental is a two car locked-up garage inside the complex, and full use of all complex common areas including the swimming pools and jacuzzi.

Things to Note

1. You will have access to the entire apartment, the pool and all the other communal areas within the complex.
2. The minimum length of stay required is 6 nights
3. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
4. No pets are allowed.
5. No loud music or parties allowed.
6. Due to the nature of the beds in the third bedroom (children's bedroom), Zerniq can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults, together with 3 children (under 12 years old).
7. Check-in time is from 2pm - 7pm. Check-ins after 7pm incur an additional late check-in fee of 10 euros payable on arrival.
8. Check-out time is 10am. Kindly advise us if you have to check-out very early in the morning or should you wish to temporarily leave your bags.
9. A security deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival. This may be paid in cash, by cheque or online (Revolut or BOV Mobile Pay) and will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay, provided there are no breakages or damages inside the property.
10. The property is fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority and as such, we are requested to collect the ECO Contribution Tax of 0.50 euros per adult per night for the duration of the stay.
