Fortular provides a host of Complementary Services for owners and occupants of the individual units of condominiums we manage. Some of these services are provided by third parties but Fortular will contract and supervise all works to ensure that our high standards are maintained throughout.

These services are independent of any common parts services covered by the Condominium Service agreement and have to be paid by the individual property owners or occupants themselves.

Such services include but are not limited to:

  • Handyman services

  • Refurbishments
  • Installation of air-conditioners
  • Supply and Installation of furniture
  • Telecom, networking and security systems provision.
  • Insurance Services (see our insurance section)
  • Babysitting services
